2010 - 2012. Two years ago none of us had any idea Demi was fighting any kind of battle. Now looking back on these pictures she doesn’t seem as happy and healthy as she does in the current photos. Her body for an eighteen year old looks almost childlike where as now it looks more womanly. She’s living proof that to have an eating disorder you do not have to have bones sticking out everywhere. Someone who is overweight can still suffer from an eating disorder. It is a mental illness. Even through everything she’s been through she got the confidence to go on a beach in a bikini, you can tell she’s still self conscious with some things which is why i admire her even more. It just proves she’s pushing past her issues and letting herself be happy and doing what she wants to do not the illness wants her too. That’s why i will always be proud to call he my idol because no matter what she dressed like or who friends are, or whatever other things people have to complain about her life. She will always be the girl that saved my life, sometimes it only takes one persons strength to find your own. Thanks to demi i found my strength and i know a lot of other girls (and guys) have her to thank for finding theres too. I know this is long ass paragraph but i can never say thank you enough. I’m so proud of her, she’s so beautiful.
